I am the proud owner of one of your Victorian glasshouses and let me say that I am enjoying having it very much.
I am writing to congratulate you on the calibre of your staff. From day one when I contacted Shane I have been impressed with the efficiency, courtesy and manner of each and every one with whom I have come in contact. My second contact was Val who was also first class in all my contacts. When he was putting up the glasshouse he has a very nice helper with him (unfortunately I have forgotten his name).
Zara has been a mine of information and a most reliable person. She came back to me on each occasion with all the information I needed and never let me down.
So a big thank you to Shane, Val and Zara. They are a great team.
P.S. I had a grand opening of the glasshouse. I am sure Zara has the photos!!
